We worked with Stephanie to purchase a plot of land in Victor, ID. Although we did not end up meeting with her in person, her expertise and knowledge of the area were a great help. When it came to putting down an offer, she never pressured us. Rather, she kept asking the right questions to better understand what we were looking for. With any plot we considered, she offered pros and cons for us to consider, which helped us feel like we made an educated decision in the end.
