Shelby’s journey in the real estate world began with a love for small mountain towns and a desire to help people find a home to continue living that mountain town dream. Originally from Steamboat Springs, CO her small-town roots run deep. In 2015, she moved to Jackson, WY after a soul-enriching experience living in Southern Spain following her college years. She wanted to get back to a close-knit mountain community and of course, skiing!

Before entering the real estate world, Shelby worked in catering sales, wedding planning, and events, where she discovered her deep passion for helping people navigate life’s significant moments. Eager to transition to a career that offered more stability and year-round opportunities, she made the bold leap into real estate.

Today, Shelby is an Associate Broker and Managing Partner of Mountain Standard Realty, where her dedication and commitment to her clients shine through. She lives in Victor, Idaho with her doghter (dog-daughter) Tillie. She recently completed the first phase of her solo real estate development project in hopes of fostering more sustainable development and housing in Teton County. When not working or adventuring in the mountains, she spends her free time serving on two local non-profit boards, Women in the Tetons (WITT) and Teton Regional Economic Coalition (TREC). As a board member of TREC, (whose mission is to encourage high-value, low-impact job creation; provide value and service to the business community and enhance the overall prosperity of Teton Valley), she’s truly dedicated to not only housing the local community but also fostering local economic growth.
